This crosses the River Thames, connecting Victoria Tower Gardens and Lambeth Palace. Originally constructed as a suspension bridge by Peter W. Barlow in 1862, it was rebuilt as an arch bridge in 1932 by George Humphreys, Reginald Blomfield, and G. Topham Forrest. The lower arches are painted red, symbolizing the House of Lords in the UK Parliament.

It's a bit disappointing, surrounded by roadworks.
